Yerka stipulates in its user manual that the warranty can only be made valid for models:


  • Yerka V1 and all other components less than 6 months old from the date of purchase.
  • Yerka V2 or higher with less than 2 years old, or the rest of its components with less than 6 months old from the date of purchase.

 




Yerka will not apply the warranty benefit to any customer who/who's:


 


  • Yerka presents problems derived from a bad assembly, such as: thread rolling between the crank-pedal or accident/damage derived from this; accident or damage caused or derived from a fall of the pedal; accident or damage caused or derived from a bad tightening of the wheels; accident or damage caused or derived from a bad positioning of the handlebar; accident or damage caused or derived from a badly tightened handlebar or tee; accident or damage caused or derived from a bad alignment between the handlebar and the wheel-fork set.
  • Used his Yerka outside of what the owner's manual stipulates as normal use within the city.
  • Used his Yerka to perform jumps, and/or within any competition.
  • Used his Yerka to move more than one person on it; or if there is more than one person at a time on the Yerka, not necessarily having moved on it.
  • Not able to prove the legal origin of his Yerka, have not registered his Yerka within the Online System, or is out of the term established by the trademark to use this benefit.
  • Want to use this benefit to make a change of inner tube due to a puncture or explosion of the inner tube/tyre assembly, or due to problems with the valve such as: folds; breaks; loss of cover.
  • Yerka has suffered any kind of damage due to a crash or run over.
  • May want to use this benefit to have a tyre or rim change due to paint discoloration.
